After many years of waiting, we are finally getting an adaptation of Alan Moore and Brian Bolland’s seminal Batman graphic novel ‘The Killing Joke’. And just like the fans had always dreamed, ‘Batman: The Animated Series’ stars Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill will reprise their legendary roles as Batman and the Joker respectively in the R-rated Bruce Timm-produced animated film written by Eisner Award-winning writer Brian Azzarello. But ahead of the Blu-ray/DVD release on August 2, 2016, the movie will have it’s world premiere at San Diego Comic-Con on Friday night.

Although, since the majority of us can’t make it out to Southern California for that, Fathom Events is bringing ‘Batman: The Killing Joke’ to a theater near you on July 25th (and 26th, due to overwhelming demand). And as an extra special treat for ScienceFiction.com readers in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas to kick off our SDCC coverage this week, we’re giving away pairs of tickets to see the movie on Monday night (the 25th) at the following theaters:
