With ‘The X-Files‘ revival coming closer, we’re treated not with a trailer this week but Gillian Anderson showing off some hints of what kind of truths are out there. Even casual fans of the series should instantly recognize the set she is on and it is quite fitting that Dana Scully is here to give us the latest updates. Not only are details given, but there are a multitude of quick shots taken from the upcoming series revival.

So that was a pretty amazing video. You may have noticed how difficult it could be to really get a look at all of those new shots in it though even by running it slow or hitting pause. Synopsis:
Thirteen years after the original series run, the next mind-bending chapter of THE X-FILES will be a thrilling, six-episode event series helmed by creator/executive producer Chris Carter, with stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson re-inhabiting their roles as iconic FBI Agents FOX MULDER and DANA SCULLY. This marks the momentous return of the Emmy- and Golden Globe Award-winning pop culture phenomenon, which remains one of the longest-running sci-fi series in network television history. Production on THE X-FILES event series is set to begin in summer 2015.
‘The X-Files’ will return to Fox on Sunday January 24th, 2016.
