Though we’ve caught glimpses of it in trailers, we really haven’t seen that much of Avengers Tower, as seen in ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron.’ In addition to the completed exterior shown in the trailers, we’ve caught fleeting glimpses on the interior in the form of a lounge area. Now, thanks to Marvel Studios and ‘Access Hollywood,’ you can see a bit more of the interior.

In a clip that also includes a brief interview with stars Chris Hemsworth and Robert Downey Jr, Jeremy Renner and Mark Ruffalo take the ‘Access Hollywood’ crew to the set of Avengers Tower, including the interior of a Quinjet (which, Ruffalo jokes, cost five times the budget of most of his movies), a signature Avengers vehicle that is making its cinematic debut here.

Check out the segment below:

As in the comics, Avengers Tower serves as the team’s New York headquarters. First appearing in ‘New Avengers #3’ by Brian Michael Bendis, it quickly became a fixture of the series. It later made the jump to the silver screen in ‘Avengers,’ in which it initially served as Stark Tower. Fans saw the tower partially constructed and it ultimately played a key role in the film’s climactic battle. By the time ‘Age of Ultron’ rolls around, however, the tower has been completed and, indeed, modified slightly from its original design.

‘Age of Ultron’ is helmed by returning writer / director Joss Whedon and features familiar stars in the form of Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Cobie Smulders and Samuel L. Jackson. It will also showcase newcomers Elizabeth Olsen, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, James Spader and Paul Bettany, though Whedon has recently hinted that there may be even more names on that roster than fans realize.

‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ will hit theaters on May 1st.
