Here’s a secret: Not every major summer movie is a comic book-based super hero movie.  On June 12th, the original giants of the Earth, dinosaurs, will attempt to reclaim the world… or at least the box office when the long awaited next chapter to Stephen Spielberg’s ‘Jurassic Park’ universe– ‘Jurassic World’— arrives in theaters.

It’s been an unbelievable 14 years since the last film installment, ‘Jurassic III’ and film technology has advanced a quantum leap.  Considering how incredible the dinosaur effects in the original films were, those in ‘Jurassic World’ should be absolutely mind-blowing.

We’ll see… but Britain’s Empire Magazine has delivered a few photos to give you a glimpse of what’s to come.  To be honest, most of them simply showcase leading man Chris Pratt, coming off a surprise smash hit Marvel’s ‘Guardians of the Galaxy.’  But hey, there’s a picture of the catering helicopter landing!  (Not sure why that needed sharing.)

Well, I promised you a catering helicopter, didn’t I?

But seriously, are you anxious to return to Jurassic Park or should sleeping franchises be left to lie (like ‘Tron Legacy’ and the ‘RoboCop’ remake)?

Jurassic World hits theaters on June 12, 2015 and stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Ty Simpkins, Jake Johnson, Nick Robinson, Irrfan Khan, Vincent D’Onofrio, BD Wong, Omar Sy, Judy Greer, Katie McGrath and Lauren Lapkus.
