With all of the characters we know that are going to be in ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice‘ so far, you’d think we were set on casting but it looks as if we’re going to be having one more. That’s right, aside from the heroes in Superman, Batman, Aquaman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Cyborg and aside from confirmed villains of Lex Luthor and rumors of Brainiac and Doomsday, it looks as if we’re going to have one more villain to contend with as well. I mean, this is, after all, leading to set up the ‘Justice League‘ movies.

“Are you serious?” You might be asking, well yes, yes I am.

Fortunately this villain from Batman’s rogue gallery sounds like he is going to end up just being one of Luthor’s henchmen because what evil genius doesn’t need minions. Still, the fact that they are adding another character who has the potential to show up in a later ‘Batman’ movie and possibly be imprisoned somewhere with the ‘Suicide Squad‘ (assuming any of that film has the team being taken from a prison) does sound exciting.

So who is being added? Well it seems that Luthor is going to be employing Anatoli Knyazev who Batman fans will probably better recognize as KGBeast who is the infamous assassin from Russia with no scruples that is willing to go to extreme lengths to achieve his goals such as murdering over 200 people to get to one target and cutting off his own hand to escape. While I doubt we’ll be getting that hardcore of a villain in the movie. Of course, after ‘Man of Steel’ you never know how dark they might take the character. At the very least he probably won’t be the version who has replaced his cut off hand with a gun and looks like he’s dressed in bondage gear on the big screen. At least, I don’t think we will.

Are you happy to see another villain being thrown into the mix for the film or are we already well past character overload with who DC and Warner Brothers plans to introduce in ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’?

‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ will be released on May 6, 2016
