Shortly after the first official image of the Batmobile was released for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice‘, there was a rumor that it had gone missing.

What you might not know is that there has been an ongoing Tweet fest between Zack Snyder and J. J. Abrams over their two franchises. You may have thought that Snyder had officially won it when he tweeted the following of who took the Batmobile in question.

If you did feel that way, you would be wrong. As J.J. Abrams tweeted back at what looks to be an amazing little video called “Hunka Junk” that shows off the Millennium Falcon…

…And yes, that was the Tumbler from the last set of batman movies. Oh, not only that but it is hands down the best showing that we’ve seen to date of the Falcon. Here is a closer look for those who wanted to see more. Talk about the crossover of the century! Of course, these two directors have been poking a bit of fun at each other’s movies for a little while now. Let’s take a look at what they’ve shown us so far. First Snyder gave us the Super Jedi…

…He followed that up by giving us Batman and R2bin…

…and Bad Robot came in with a surprise C3Ped Crusader!

There is so much fantastic geekdom being shared between these two directors that you can’t help but chuckle. You also probably can’t wait to see what is happening next! Though I’m not sure how Snyder will top a reveal video like Abrams gave us.
