With October rapidly approaching, The CW is banking on sophomore sensation ‘Arrow‘ to carry on its momentum as one of last season’s biggest “out of the gate” smashes. Leading man, Stephen Amell’s seemingly endless shirtless workout scenes sure didn’t hurt ratings! Acknowledging the show’s beefcake appeal, the network has released four new posters, showing off its male stars in all their shirtless, oiled up glory!
First there is the show’s title hero, Amell as Oliver Queen:
This is followed by David Ramsey as Diggle:
Then new series regular, Manu Bennett as Slade Wilson (also known in the comics as Deathstroke the Terminator):
And finally, a Tiger Beat-worthy Colton Haynes as Roy Harper (Speedy/Arsenal/Red Arrow):
It’s almost too much hunkiness! Those ‘Supernatural’ boys better watch their backs! And chests. And biceps. (Just kidding, Dean. I’ll always love you!)
Season 2 of ‘Arrow’ two kicks off on Wednesday October 9th at 8pm eastern. It says so on the posters, but I’ll forgive you if you were too distracted by pecs, pecs and more pecs.
