Hugh Jackman pulled double duty at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con as he appeared on behalf of ‘The Wolverine’ and ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’. But chances are that he’s not going to get much rest even though the con is over because his next outing as the most popular graduate of the Weapon X program is set to hit theaters this weekend. But before it does, there is still a ton of new promotional material to roll out to get the public hyped for Logan’s return to the silver screen.
Just released is the brand new international trailer for the next film in Fox’s X-Men franchise that’s filled with new footage, most of which looks incredibly painful for Wolverine. There’s also a good bit of Rila Fukushima’s Yukio kicking major ass. You can see this new trailer below by pressing play:
Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality.
