They might as well have christened yesterday at San Diego Comic-Con “X-Men Day” because some of the best news to break was from Marvel’s merry mutants. Not only were con goers able to lay eyes on the Silver Samurai from ‘The Wolverine’, but employees of Trask Industries displayed a Sentinel head giving the world their first glance at the machines from ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’. Now, we go past the robots and move on to their targets as we now have our first official looks at some X-Men.

Late yesterday, the X-Men movies Tumblr released a set of character portraits from Bryan Singer’s return to the X-franchise. Not only do we get to see the team’s new uniforms, but we also get to see Omar Sy as Bishop for the first time. Check out the gallery below to see Magneto, Havok, Colossus, Old Man Logan, and more:

I am loving the updated look of Bishop! The dreads are a cool touch and the red cape is a nice reference to his red bandana/scarf that he’s usually seen wearing. It’s a little weird to see ‘That 70s’ Wolverine, but the grey streaks are quite fetching.

What do you think of these portraits from ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’? Are you as pleased with Singer’s version of Bishop as I am? What are your thoughts on the new outfits? Let us know what you’re thinking in the comments.

‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’ starring Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Michael Fassbender, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Peter Dinklage, Omar Sy, Halle Berry, Daniel Cudmore, Fan Bingbing, Booboo Stewart, and Evan Peters hits theaters on July 18, 2014.
