Marvel movies are always in the news, but lately, there has been an overabundance of Phase Three talk even before Phase Two is halfway through. Headlines are scattered with rumors of Doctor Strange, Black Panther, and official announcements at this year’s Comic-Con, but there’s still a lot of good stuff to come before ‘The Avengers 2’ hits theaters in 2015. For instance, ‘Thor: The Dark World’ is coming this fall. But after the Asgardian Avenger returns to Midgard, it’s the Sentinel of Liberty’s turn for another solo adventure next year because ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ is currently in production.  But not for long, as the cast and crew have reached the final days before they wrap entirely and head into post-production.

After a good number of weeks shooting in Cleveland, OH, the principal photography of the Russo Brothers-directed follow up to ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’ has returned to Los Angeles. Comic Book Movie shares with us a few shots of the star, Chris Evans, in his Steve Rogers attire in Hollywood as he prepares for his next day on set. Additionally, they report that Scarlett Johansson was spotted at LAX recently, so it’s safe to assume that the Black Widow will be joining Cap for the final month of shooting. You can see the latest photos of the Star-Spangled Man (minus the stars and stripes) below:

What were some of the coolest things to come out of the Cleveland shoot for you? Was it seeing The Winter Soldier? What about Cap’s new uniform? Maybe you’re partial to the Peggy Carter sighting? No matter what it is, share your thoughts about the Captain America sequel in the comments.

‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ starring Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Frank Grillo, Toby Jones, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, and Emily VanCamp hits theaters on April 4, 2014.
