By now, all you fans of ‘The Walking Dead’ have probably seen the most recent episode titled ‘Clear’, where Rick, Carl, and Michonne visit King County, the hometown of the Grimes family, in order to prepare for the upcoming war with the Governor. In my opinion, this episode was probably one of the best ones the show has produced thus far. It was incredible on so many levels, especially in the acting department thanks to the returning Lennie James as Morgan. Since the episode was so good, I though that I’d share some behind the scenes videos before moving onto the next episode. In the first video, James gives you a tour of Morgan’s apartment, and in the second, we get a broader behind the scenes look at ‘Clear’ and the town of King County, Georgia.
Now that we’ve had a moment to reflect on what a great episode we got last week, this week things are definitely about to go down. In these sneak peeks of the new episode titled ‘Arrow on the Doorpost’, we get to see Rick meet the Governor for the first time and the team of Daryl, Rick, and Hershel gearing up for some action. Following those videos below, you can see the promo for the next episode as well:
Things in the world of ‘The Walking Dead’ are certainly picking up. It seems like showrunner Glen Mazarra is going out with a bang this season. And, for those who might be worried about what sort of job Scott Gimple will do as the new showrunner of season four, I’d like to point out that he wrote ‘Clear’, the amazing last episode. If he approaches the whole season with character development and moments like he did here, then the show is in good hands.
What did you think about ‘Clear’? Was it an instant classic episode of ‘The Walking Dead’ for you? And what do you think of the sneak peeks for the upcoming episode? What are you most excited to see on Sunday? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
