Filming has already begun for Season 2 of ‘American Horror Story’ and it seems that they are still not finished with their cast list as Clea DuVall has just been announced that she will be joining the series.

You would have thought that DuVall would have already been added to ‘American Horror Story’ especially since starring in the HBO series ‘Carnivale’ as Gypsy tarot reader Sofie. DuVall has also done a stint on ‘Heroes,’ ‘The Event’ and ‘The Grudge.’

DuVall’s role has not been disclosed but it has been said that she will be filming scenes with Sarah Paulson who is returning as a new character much different than the one she played in Season 1. Also returning from last season (but in a vastly different role than before) are Zachary Quinto, Lily Rabe, Evan Peters (who will be playing a good guy this time around) and Jessica Lange who will be a nun who runs the insane asylum where the show will take place.

They will be joined by James Cromwell who will play Dr. Arden who works for Jessica Lange’s character and is none to happy with her, Joseph Fiennes who is the head of the institution and the object of Lange’s affection, Chloe Sevigny as a patient known as Shelly the nymphomaniac, Lizzie Brochere as a dangerous wild-child sexpot, Chris Zylka as the deaf-mute Daniel who also happens to be “the most beautiful boy in the world,” Adam Levine as one half of a couple called “The Lovers,”  Britne Oldford as the beautiful Alma and the just recently cast Mark Consuelos as Spivy.

It looks like we’ll all have an insane time this season when ‘American Horror Story’ resumes in the fall, don’t you think?
