To celebrate the 10 year anniversary of ‘Firefly,’ the Science channel has put together a panel at Comic-Con reuniting the crew of Serenity.
It’s been 10 years since ‘Firefly’ was on the air and to kick off the celebration, the Science channel has put together a panel experience that fans can’t miss. Confirmed to be on the panel will be Joss Whedon, Nathan Fillion (Captain Mal), Alan Tudyk (Wash Washbourne), Adam Baldwin (Jayne Cobb), Sean Maher (Dr. Simon Tam), Michael Fairman (Adelai Niska), and writer Tim Minear. While the panel is still in the process of adding more guests, I’m hoping that Jewel Staite, Summer Glau, and Gina Torres will be able to be included!
Also featured during the panel will be some never-before-seen footage and numerous “buzz-worthy” surprises! This will be one ‘Firefly’ event no Browncoat would want to miss!
Reruns of ‘Firefly’ have been airing on the Science channel since last year and, as a special holiday treat, the network will air a marathon of the series on July 4th.
