Two new videos for ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ have turned up online and they continue to prove that this movie should be able to hold its own in the summer movie battle. ‘Dark Shadows’ didn’t get a chance to see the light against the continuing dominance of ‘The Avengers’ and although I don’t think ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ will knock ‘The Avengers’ off the number 1 spot, these videos look like it will give it a good run for their money.
The first video is a featurette about the dwarves. In the Disney version, these 7 extremely prominent men get top billing but although they aren’t in the title, they are none the less as important. The featurette gives the backstory of the dwarves, their reaction to Snow and some good interview clips of Nick Frost, Ian McShane, and Bob Hoskins. Just click the image below to access the video:
The second video is far more interesting as it is the first 5 minutes of the movie. Unfortunately, the video is not in English nor are there subtitles but you can still get the gist of what is going on. In the first 5 minutes Prince William and Snow’s relationship is seen as well as the first time that the King meets Ravenna. No spoilers here but the set-up is pretty cool. I won’t go into any more detail and you can watch for yourself below:
