The next few months have pretty much shown us that Hollywood still knows how to make a good movie and having a great director like Ridley Scott sure helps. While most of the ad time seems to be going to ‘The Avengers,’ don’t think that the PR department at Fox isn’t working on getting the word out about ‘Prometheus.’ In fact, a new ‘Prometheus’ featurette has popped up online and this one has some great new behind the scenes footage!
The featurette basically is a tribute to Scott’s directing skills and genius with Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender, Guy Pearce, and Logan Marshall-Green paying homage to the great director. It’s obvious that Scott comes from the “school of everything” as he takes account every little detail to make this movie as realistic on film as possible. For example, you see him wear the 3D glasses while watching a playback to ensure the scene will look the way he envisions it not only on a 2D screen but also in 3D. Just like the trailer and other TV spots that have already been released, the featurette confirms what we all know… that this movie will be spectacular!
