‘The Avengers’ won’t be in theaters for another 5 weeks but Marvel Studios and Paramount are going to make sure you won’t forget when the movie will premiere (as if we could!). Since the debut of the first official theatrical trailer in October, the studios have been publicizing the movie with international trailers, TV spots, teasers, stills, and featurettes – all of which just makes us fans want more!

Today they released another TV spot and this time it’s a verbal throwdown scene between Loki and Tony Stark. Although the roll call dialog has been heard in previous trailers, it still evokes that same giddiness that occurred when it was first said. Of course Nick Fury’s intro provides all the tone you need for this clip. “You threaten my world with war…You might not be glad that you did.”  Oh yeah!

The spot also shows off some new footage of the metallic aliens that are part of Loki’s army. Director Joss Whedon has said that these enemies from another planet are not the Skrull or Kree, both extra-terrestrials that have an extensive history in the Marvel universe, so who they actually are is still a mystery. What we do know is that Loki is leading them.

Take a look from the video below and see if you can figure out who they are. In the end, though, does it really matter? This movie will still be filled with awesomeness regardless of who they are!
