New Trailer For Glass Makes You Question What Is Real

With the three central characters in ‘Glass‘ all having powers that shouldn’t be real, the upcoming movie is giving us a doctor’s point of view in trying to prove that these abilities are just delusions. Audiences know this isn’t true but what if we’ve only seen what three people believe they’ve been experiencing throughout the first two films instead of what has actually been happening? This new trailer is almost pointing us in that direction and it feels like the kind of a twist which M. Night Shyamalan could deliver. However, if it is true this could very well hurt any chances of a fourth film in the series if this isn’t meant to just be a trilogy.

While we’ve seen what this hero and villains can do, it will be interesting for them to experience doubts about their abilities which seems to be the focus of the new international teaser. How much of this could come from group therapy as opposed to individual sessions is something we’ll need to wait and see. It is hard to imagine that they’ll be spending the bulk of the movie locked up for therapy sessions.

With ‘Unbreakable’ and ‘Split’ both have a cult following and giving us a different take on the superhero genre, this movie looks like it could be either the culmination of the story or potentially a way to expand the franchise even further.
