With ‘Gotham‘ coming to a close and celebrating the upcoming fifth and final season of the series, Fox is pushing out teaser content in bulk! Now only will the series have Bruce Wayne bloom into Batman but we also have to finally meet whoever will be the Joker to our Dark Knight. Oh, and don’t forget the introduction of Bane, the Mutants, Gotham already becoming “No Man’s Land,” and the half dozen other story arcs that the series is currently juggling.
With a shortened final season it almost seems impossible that they’ll fit it all in but the showrunners appear confident as to be able to pull it all off.
Speaking of the introductions above, we also seem to be getting a certain someone evolving into Harley Quinn! At least, that is what this shot seems to indicate.
Oh, and a second look at those Mutants which I mentioned above!
Scarecrow is also making a comeback in a big way, and this new shot of him looks fantastic!
We all know that Penguin is supposed to be putting on the pounds and while that hasn’t happened yet here, we are seeing him looking rather sharp after apparently just killing off a long-standing character for the series. Thankfully, they don’t show the spoiler here but this does have Penguin’s gang taking over a helicopter full of supplies meant for the citizens of Gotham.
With this being the first episode of the upcoming season, we won’t have to wait too long to see who ends up dead.

There is so much which we’ll be seeing happen in the upcoming season that it almost blows my mind that the series is coming to a close.
