Ralph Breaks The Internet

Everybody has that one friend that won’t let you get a sentence out because they’re too busy trying to finish your thought for you and of course they’re never correct.  Meet KnowsMore, one of the inhabitants of the internet that Ralph and Venellope, not to mention moviegoers, will encounter in ‘Ralph Breaks the Internet’.  KnowsMore is essentially the embodiment of autocomplete/auto fill/auto correct, something that confounds both users of the internet and cell phones on a daily basis.

Disney has released a clip in which Ralph and Vanellope attempt to consult this brainy “egg” guy (because “he’s got on one of those little hats that smart people wear”) and stammering Ralph can’t quite figure out how to phrase his questions. Meanwhile, Vanellope is able to figure out exactly what they are looking for.  Though it’s almost unrecognizable, the voice of KnowsMore is provided by ‘Star Wars’ and ‘Firefly”s Alan Tudyk.  (He voiced King Candy in the original ‘Wreck-It Ralph’.)

As you can probably tell from the clip, the impetus for this sequel is that Ralph and Vanellope journey into the internet in order to find a replacement steering wheel for her broken arcade game, ‘Sugar Rush’.  Check out their journey below:

John C. Reilly and Sarah Silverman return to voice Ralph and Vanellope in this sequel to their 2012 animated hit ‘Wreck-It Ralph’.  Jack McBrayer and Jane Lynch are also back as Fix-It Felix and Sgt. Calhoun, along with Ed O’Neill as Mr. Litwak, the owner of their arcade.  New voices include Taraji P. Henson as Yesss, an algorithm that determines the popularity of videos on BuzzTube; Gal Gadot as Shank, a driver in the game ‘Slaughter Race’; Bill Hader as Spamley, who… what else, spams users; and Alfred Molina as Double Dan, a creature from the Dark Web.

‘Ralph Breaks the Internet’ will break into theaters on November 21.
