The second international trailer for Stephen King’s ‘The Dark Tower‘ has arrived and shows off a ton of action and new shots from the film! In what has to be the most underhyped King adaptation of all time that cost a boatload of money to make, we’re finally seeing what fans of the author’s work have been waiting for years to see. This new trailer finally gives a great look at the film and spans everything from gun Idris Elba as Roland Deschain loading his gun in style to Matthew McConaughey’s The Man in Black delivering some solid dialogue.
Not only that, but we actually get to see more of this iteration of the tower itself which Elba’s character is striving to save in order for the universe as he knows it to not be destroyed.
The trailer doesn’t seem to be as in-depth as the film is likely to be or the novels were and I’m worried that their lack of marketing is going to end this series before it even has a chance to begin.

Those action sequences really do look top notch. While many movies these days seem to suffer from too much being shown in the trailers and teasers, this is one that seems to be hurting from not enough. There haven’t many teasers to date and it makes you wonder how many casual moviegoers who would be interested in the movie just haven’t heard enough to be drawn into a theater.

Synopsis
