Over the weekend, ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ star Dave Bautista released the following image on Twitter hinting at his next big project.  Based on the origami unicorn the wrestler turn actor is holding, it was pretty clear to most fans that he was hinting that he has been cast in ‘Blade Runner 2.’ First though, check out the image below:

For those who do not remember ‘Blade Runner’ all that well, the origami unicorn was a powerful symbol throughout the film as it represented main character Rick Decker’s (played by Harrison Ford) hopeless desire to find happiness with Rachel the replicant. By Monday morning, the news was out and it is official! Bautista is indeed starring in the sequel to the Harrison Ford film:

Currently Bautista is shooting ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2,’ which started in February, and ‘Blade Runner 2′ is not slated to begin production until July of 2016, giving the actor plenty of time to prepare. He will be joining an already impressive cast that includes Harrison Ford, Ryan Gosling and Robin Wright, helmed by Dennis Villeneuve and with Ripley Scott returning as Executive Producer.
