Since appearing on an episode of Monday Night Raw back in May, ‘Arrow’ star Stephen Amell has been feuding with WWE Superstar Stardust on social media. The Prince of Dark Matter has even been taunting the actor onscreen with a series of promos during his matches with WWE’s resident superhero The Man that Gravity Forgot, Neville. Now after the former Intercontinental and Tag Team Champion took things a bit too far by besmirching the name of the Green Arrow and mocking his catchphrase from the popular CW show, Amell has been announced as the special guest star on next week’s Raw.

Many have speculated that the wrestler formerly known as Cody Rhodes would be facing off against Amell’s Emerald Archer at WWE’s upcoming four-hour pay per view event Summerslam, but the two rivals will end up coming face to face sooner that that on the company’s flagship program on Monday in Seattle. The announcement came after the cosmic superstar cut this promo on Facebook targeted at the vigilante of Starling City:

EXCLUSIVE: Stardust – WWE Universe comments on Neville’s loss on WWE Raw “If you’re not going to be my hero … who will?”

Posted by WWE Raw on Monday, August 3, 2015

Amell wasted no time in responding to the nefarious self-proclaimed supervillain. He took to his Twitter with this message for Stardust:

Now the question remains regarding how Amell will show up to World Wrestling Entertainment. Will he appear as the fun-loving wrestling fan Stephen Amell? Or will he take a page out of Oliver Queen’s book and show up in public in full Green Arrow gear to take on the Keeper of the Cosmic Key? No matter how he arrives, things could get very heated when the two are finally in each other’s presence once again.

How do you think Stephen Amell will arrive on Raw next Monday night when he confronts Stardust? Do you think he’ll be packing some arrows in his quiver? Or do you think that he’ll take the Casey Jones route like in his upcoming movie ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Half Shell’ and wield a golf club or a bat, which many WWE Superstars have also used before him? Either way, will you be tuning in to the USA Network at 8:00pm to see this all go down? Share your thoughts and theories in the comments below.
