J.J. Abrams enters the pitch room. “Lightsabers. Lens flare.” Pauses, then exits. End scene.

If it’s REAL, JJ Abrams would NEVER do SDCC again. Every panel would just be “Which SW character could beat which ST character in a fight?”

Don’t be too proud of these JJ Abrams jokes you’ve constructed. The ability to destroy a man is insignificant next to the power of the Force
— JonathanHickman (@JHickman) January 24, 2013
JJ Abrams directing #StarWars is acceptable, IF it’s an alternate timeline where Jar-Jar is incinerated 30 seconds into Phantom Menace.

Hey, JJ Abrams. You know…you know…

Wait, can you really direct STAR TREK ~and~ STAR WARS? Doesn’t that open up some kind of nerd wormhole?
— Josh Dickey (@Variety_JLD) January 24, 2013
I’m pretty sure JJ Abrams doing Star Trek and Star Wars violates both the Prime Directive and the Jedi Code.
