Netflix has finally revealed the first trailer for their cinematic adaptation of Stephen King and his son Joe Hill’s ‘In The Tall Grass.’ The streaming giant is really pulling out all the stops on original horror content to be released this October just in time for the Halloween season! Directed by Vincenzo Natali (‘Cube’,’Splice’) this movie stars Harrison Gilbertson, Laysla De Oliveira, Avery Whitted, Will Buie Jr., Rachel Wilson, and Patrick Wilson.
If you’re wondering what you’re in store for in “In the Tall Grass,’ here’s the official synopsis:
Based on the novella by Stephen King and Joe Hill, when siblings Becky and Cal hear the cries of a young boy lost within a field of tall grass, they venture in to rescue him, only to become ensnared themselves by a sinister force that quickly disorients and separates them. Cut off from the world and unable to escape the field’s tightening grip, they soon discover that the only thing worse than getting lost is being found. Written and directed by Vincenzo Natali.”
