‘Manifest’ will introduce two new recurring characters for its second season– Suzanne Martin and TJ Morrison– to be portrayed by Yasha Jackson and Garrett Wareing.  Suzanne is Ben’s (Josh Dallas) ex-girlfriend, a Dean at Astoria University.  After bumping into each other on campus, the pair reconnect.  TJ is another passenger that was on Flight 828, a college freshman that was on his way home from vacation in Jamaica.  Now he finds himself alone in the world, until Ben takes him under his wing.

On the series, the passengers on board Montego Air Flight 828 experience a turbulent trip.  Upon landing, they discover the world has moved ahead five years, with all of the passengers presumed dead.  As they struggle to re-establish their lives, they experience a mysterious “Calling” drawing them into a deeper mystery, involving an antagonist called The Major.  The characters have also figured out that they are living on borrowed time, with that missing five years steadily counting down.
