Move over, Annabelle! Get lost, Chucky! A creepy new doll is in town, and she goes by the name Gabby Gabby. In ‘Toy Story 4’, Woody and newcomer Forky (Tony Hale) meet Gabby Gabby and her silent companion Benson, a ventriloquist dummy, at what looks to be an antique shop. When Gabby learns that Woody is looking for Bo Peep, she makes him an offer he can’t refuse.

Christina Hendricks voices Gabby Gabby, and judging by this clip, she may be joining the ranks of the MOST DEPLORABLE VILLAINS IN FILM HISTORY– backstabbing prospector Stinky Pete (Kelsey Grammer), and Lotso Huggin Bear (Ned Beatty). For heartwarming family movies, when the ‘Toy Story’ flicks go dark, they go pitch black. Evil m*****f*****s! And like Lotso, who was accompanied by a silent strong man, Big Baby, Gabby Gabby has Benson, and as shown in some promotional materials, there are more of him hanging around this shop.
Check out this seemingly friendly exchange below:
Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the rest of the gang embark on a road trip with Bonnie and a new toy named Forky. The adventurous journey turns into an unexpected reunion as Woody’s slight detour leads him to his long-lost friend Bo Peep. As Woody and Bo discuss the old days, they soon start to realize that they’re worlds apart when it comes to what they want from life as a toy.
These newcomers join the returning favorites Tom Hanks (Woody), Tim Allen (Buzz Lightyear), Annie Potts (Bo Peep), Joan Cusack (Jessie), John Ratzenberger (Hamm), Jodi Benson (Barbie), and the rest. Even the deceased Don Rickles’ voice will be heard as Mr. Potato Head thanks to archive recordings. The same is true of Bud Luckey, who voices the less prominent character Chuckles the Clown.
‘Toy Story 4’ wheels its way into theaters on June 24th.
