The First Teaser Trailer Is Out For Artemis Fowl

Family-friendly adventure films are a boon to many parents across the globe and this teaser for ‘Artemis Fowl‘ looks like we might have another one coming out to enjoy. Based on the classic book by Eoin Colfer, director Kenneth Branagh has brought this tale to life on the big screen! The film had been in development limbo at Disney for 14 years and in 2015 the studio finally put the feature into production with director Kenneth Branagh at the helm.

While the movie has taken a bit of time to get in front of the camera, it should be noted that the initial announcement had Harvey Weinstein set to produce the feature and that could easily have been a speedbump as to why we haven’t seen much about the movie in the last three years.

This looks like it is going to end up being a lot of fun and not be a kid’s film that you’ll have to force yourself to sit down in front of and watch. Disney has been doing a great job in their live-action department over the past few years with working on making films that can be enjoyed by audiences young and old.
