If you had the time to sit down and binge-watch the second season of ‘Iron Fist‘ then you already had a chance to see this teaser for ‘Daredevil‘ Season 3, but if not we’ve got you covered! Things aren’t looking good for Matt Murdock to continue practicing law in this teaser and with only 30 seconds to show, you know that not much of what to come is going to be shown.

In the video we see Matt sitting in the shadows saying:
“I once believed that justice could be found in a court of law, and in the light of day. But I was fooling myself. Darkness only responds to darkness. And the thing is, I’d rather die as the Devil than live as Matt Murdock.”
Throughout the first two seasons of ‘Daredevil’ as well as ‘The Defenders’, we’ve seen Matt Murdock losing himself to the violence of being a vigilante hero. His friends have all tried pointing this out to him to no avail and with the “Born Again” story arc being rumored to be the framework for the upcoming season, that plot will be front and center.
If the rumors are true, this will be the season that Murdock gets back to form and has to come face to face with who he is and who he has become. Not only that but instead of the issues with his father that most fans know about, this story will also serve to introduce his mother Maggie who was presumed to be dead.
