The quirky festival hit stars Ella Hunt as Anna, a girl dreaming of escape from her small-town high school life who wakes up one morning in the middle of an apocalypse. Anna and her friends sing and dance their way through the disaster to try and get back to their families.
The first trailer for ‘Anna and the Apocalypse’ gives only small hints of what is to come, but the music, written by Roddy Hart and Tommy Reilly, is sure to keep your toes tapping throughout the film! The movie is directed by John McPhail and opens in theaters on November 30th, expanding nationwide December 7th. Also starring in the film are Malcolm Cumming, Ben Wiggins, Sarah Swire, Christopher Leveaux, Marli Siu, Mark Benton, and Paul Kaye.
