iron fist

The first season of Netflix’s ‘Iron Fist‘ was a dud but with the version of Finn Jones as Danny Rand introduced in the second season of ‘Luke Cage’ proved that the character can work! These new shots hint that we’ll be seeing a different ‘Iron Fist’ this season and without the focus being on the use of his power it could prove that the character has a new direction.

I do not doubt that picking up Clayton Barber as the show’s new stunt coordinator will be a big help as well with what we end up seeing in the action sequences.

As for the new shots, first up we have a look at Finn Jones and Jessica Henwick’s Colleen Wing at a restaurant, but I suspect not for food!

Next up we have a shot of Danny Rand doing some investigating. You almost have to suspect that with the look of this location that audiences are about to see a fight scene unfold.

What’s in the box?!

Did Danny Rand finally start realizing that Daredevil covered up his face to fight crime for a reason and now he should be doing the same?

Here is one of our first looks at Alice Eve’s Typhoid Mary who at this time doesn’t look at all like her comic-book counterpart. Of course, it is a side view and likely an early introduction to who she is.

For a moment that fans have been waiting for, here are the Daughters of the Dragon themselves – Colleen Wing and Misty Knight!

While the two of them fighting together in ‘Luke Cage’ was satisfying, this looks to be a fight that will be a visual treat to behold!

What do you think of these new shots of ‘Iron Fist’? Will the show be able to recover after the Season 1 stumble? Share your thoughts below, True Believers!
