Though the majority of TV shows just went on hiatus– ‘Supergirl’‘s Season Three finale aired on Monday night– The CW has marked its calendar and you probably should too, if you want to catch the fall premiers of returning favorites and the premiers of new shows. The CW is adding three new additions this year, football drama ‘All American’, ‘Vampire Diaries’/’The Originals’ spinoff ‘Legacies’ and witchy reboot ‘Charmed’.
Because The CW’s audience tends to skew younger, it makes sense that the network plans to kick things off with a two night special event, the ‘iHeartMusic Festival’ which will air on Sunday, October 7, and Monday, October 8, from 8pm-10pm EST.
When will your favorites be back? Here is The CW’s full fall premiere schedule.

As you can see, the new episodes are being staggered so that they don’t all hit during the same week. That allows The CW to give a little extra care to its new shows, by airing encore presentations of their first episodes in time slots that will later be taken over by other shows.
One of the biggest shifts is that ‘Supergirl’ is moving over to Sunday nights.
The CW also ordered another reboot, ‘Roswell, New Mexico’ but that won’t premier until midseason.
Let the countdown begin!
