Solo: A Star Wars Story

If you’ve been disappointed with Lucasfilm waiting until just four months prior to the release of ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ to start hyping the film, then this might ease the pain. Sure, we did just get that Super Bowl teaser followed by a full trailer but it still has felt like too little too late.

Thankfully, the studio has released four absolutely fantastic character posters from the film that looks out of this world. The colors are popping off the page as we have a somewhat better look as to what Alden Ehrenreich’s Han Solo, Donald Glover’s Lando Calrissian, Emilia Clarke’s Qi’Ra, and Joonas Suotamo’s Chewbacca. The visuals here are just stunning and quite likely the first set of character posters that I’ve seen in quite some time that I’d actually consider hanging on my walls.

I just can’t get over how amazing these look. I’m hoping that outside of when we see Solo applying to join The Empire that we’ll see some of these brighter colors used throughout the film when dealing with smugglers and the other aspects of Han’s life. It would be a great contrast to not only what we usually see but also for the type of film this looks as if it will be.

Are you looking forward to checking out ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ or are you still hesitant with what we’ve seen so far? Do you dig these new character posters from the movie, if so which is your favorite? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
