The amount of characters we’ll be seeing in this Fall’s ‘Justice League’ film keeps growing and growing.  In addition to the primary superhero stars, the DC Extended Universe film will be bringing together a spate of supporting characters from the comic-book pages as well, and now we’ve been given a new name to add to those ranks.

Kiersey Clemons, who was previously announced as portraying Iris West in the still-scheduled-but-recently-pulled-from-planned-release-date ‘The Flash’ film, has now confirmed in a recent interview that she will be making her DCEU debut in ‘Justice League’ instead:

“This November, I’m making a cameo in ‘Justice League’ as Iris West and it’s the first time that you meet her before we get to see her in ‘The Flash’ with Ezra Miller. It was my first time doing something so extravagant like that. We filmed in London and that’s one of my favorite places.”

Clemons is now added to an impressive who’s who of DC characters slated to appear in the film.  Chief among them are “primary” characters Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Batman (Ben Affleck), Superman (Henry Cavill), The Flash (Miller), Aquaman (Jason Mamoa), and Cyborg (Ray Fisher).  Also officially now confirmed for the film are Mera (Amber Heard), James Gordon (JK Simmons), General Antiope (Robin Wright), Queen Hippolyta (Connie Nielsen), Martha Kent (Diane Lane), Dr. Silas Stone (Joe Morton), and Henry Allen (Billy Crudup).

‘Justice League’ will debut in US theaters on November 17, 2017.
