When James Mangold’s ‘Logan‘ was screened for the press, it didn’t have an after credit scene but it has now been verified that the full theatrical release will indeed have one! Rumors have been floating around that there was a scene added and now it appears to be true. There is no word if this scene is in the middle of the credits or the very end, but it will be there. Fox’s screenings for critics didn’t have it likely so that it wouldn’t be spoiled for audiences as that tends to be what happens though as soon as theatrical release drops it will have one!

That’s midnight on this Thursday, March 2nd, 2017. I’m pretty sure someone will let us all know what it was within minutes of the initial viewing though it’d be nice if they just told us when in the credits it was and not what the scene itself is.

While no one outside of the studio has seen it at this point, my guess is that it will somehow lead X-23 into going “back in time” to join up with the rest of Fox’s mutants. While Wolverine has always been more grounded on the ‘X-Men’ side of things, I would love to see her hitching a ride with Cable and joining ‘X-Force.’

On the flipside, if they keep her in the future, perhaps it could include Sir Patrick Stewart as he would be happy to rejoin the franchise.

‘Logan’ itself has already been getting rave reviews, and a scene which could further tie it into the next film through X-23 or as a tease on what is to come is something that any fan should look forward to seeing.

What do you think will be in the after credit scene for ‘Logan’? Will this tease us the future of Laura or something else entirely? Share your thoughts below True Believers!

Directed by James Mangold, ‘Logan’ stars Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Richard E. Grant, Boyd Holbrook, Stephen Merchant, and Dafne Keen and claws its way into theaters on March 3, 2017.
