The Field Guide To Evil

If you didn’t think that Tim League was busy enough by being the founder and CEO of Alamo Drafthouse than maybe producing an international horror anthology known as ‘The Field Guide to Evil’ will keep him preoccupied. League has teamed up with Ant Timpson who was one of the producers of ‘ABCs of Death’ to bring this anthology to life. We’ll see eight filmmakers tackling the project and each segment will have inspiration drawn from both folklore and mythology from around the globe.

At this time we know that the shorts will be directed by: “Austria’s Veronika Franz and Severin Fiala; Germany’s Katrin Gebbe; Greece’s Yannis Veslemes, India’s Ashim Ahluwalia, Poland’s Agnieszka Smoczynska; Turkey’s Can Evrenol and the United States’ Calvin Reeder.”

According to League:

“I am incredibly excited to be launching the first equity crowdfunded feature in the states. This platform has the potential to revolutionize independent film financing and help visionary storytellers realize their dream projects.”
