‘Ghostbusters’ is just a month away and while this is a remake of the classic 1984 film, it’s not a complete note-for-note do-over. Stars Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon are playing brand new characters: Abby Yates, Erin Gilbert, Patty Tolan and Jillian Holtzman, respectively.
To familiarize audiences with these new characters, Sony has released five new vignettes that showcase each character, plus the new incarnation of Ecto-1. These videos include never-before-seen footage and you can even hear a snippet of the new ‘Ghostbusters’ theme song by Fall Out Boy and Missy Elliot.

I mean, c’mon, how can this picture NOT make you happy? This is an epic group of people. Happy Ghostbusters Day! pic.twitter.com/s5kSvaRZs5
