I have been quite literally dying for new information on Guillermo del Toro’s (‘Pacific Rim’, ’The Strain’) upcoming film ‘Crimson Peak’ and today we received a double dose in both details and new images! The new shots of the film focus front and center on Mia Wasikowska (‘Alice in Wonderland’,’Stoker’) and Loki, I mean, Tom Hiddleston (‘Thor: The Dark World’,’Only Lovers Left Alive’). These new teaser images are done in the same style as the first which had previously shown off Jessica Chastain in quite the amazing Gothic dress.
First up I’ll share with you what we’ve found out about the plot which slightly expands on the brief synopsis that we have so far. In it we learn that, “A young woman (Wasikowska) is swept off by her feet by a charismatic suitor (Hiddleston) and taken back to his ancestral home. There she finds more than she bargained for, including a jealous sister (Chastain) and more than a few skeletons in the closet.”

So that is a great look at both Mia Wasikowska and Tom Hiddleston. They were able to keep the tone of the first shot and expand upon it to get us more of an idea of the style of the film.
