Are you a fan of splicing video together and have a lot of time on your hands? If so, you are going to want to check out “How To Make A Marvel Movie Omnibus – Phase 1” which takes scenes and events from the Marvel Phase 1 timeline and sticks it in a chronological order. The omnibus turns out to be a single 12 hour, 12 minute, and 10 second film for your Marvel binge watching pleasure. The undertaking is so epic that the video that shows us how to do it clocked in at just the over 26 minute mark all by itself.

The idea is great, even if it is one that will almost have to constantly be refreshed from the upcoming movies that include flashbacks of prior events. Also it is an idea that many viewers wouldn’t be able to handle. Seems like something Marvel should offer on a subscription basis that updates with every film and television series that is released in the official Cinematic Universe.

You can check out the truly spectacular ‘Making Of’ video below:

Over the fall I decided to put together a supercut of all the Marvel movies, putting all the scenes in correct story order. I like to call is the Marvel Movie Omnibus. Here you’ll find instructions on how to make your own cut for Phase 1 (everything up through the Avengers). – The Comic Archive

Personally I don’t have the software or time to be able to put something like this together but I would absolutely watch it if I could end up getting a copy. This sounds like it would be a total blast to watch and I’m happy that The Comic Archive had the patience and time to put this all together.

Of course, this entire list will be null and void once the new ‘Agent Carter’ series premieres and has to have another eight hours stitched in as well, not to even mention any flashbacks from ‘Ant-Man’ that will occur between ‘Agent Carter’ and the modern day series.

Would you be interested in checking out the cinematic universe in chronological order? Is this the type of project you’d be willing to do? Share your thoughts below True Believers!
