Activision has released a trailer announcing the Season Pass for the upcoming first-person shooter ‘Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.’

‘Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’s’ Season Pass will grant players complete access to four individual DLC packs, early access to DLC weapons and a bonus multiplayer map day one of release called Atlas Gorge.

The four different packs in the Season Pass are called Havok, Ascendance, Supremacy and Reckoning. Each pack is set to include a variety of new maps that players can do battle within in the game’s famously played online-multiplayer mode. The Havok pack is scheduled to release in January on Xbox Live, with other platforms to follow sometime after. This is due in part to an time exclusivity deal made Microsoft has made with Activision to get DLC available on their consoles shortly before others.

Similar to the Season Passes for the franchise in the past, the Season Pass for ‘Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’ will cost players $50 total, which is a $10 savings if players were to purchase each $15 map pack individually. It is definitely an investment worth considering for huger fans of the franchise’s online-multiplayer mode.

Taking place in 2054, ‘Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’ puts players in the shoes of Jack Mitchell, a former U.S Marine who joins Atlus Corporation, the world’s most powerful and world influencing private military company. Players will control Mitchell as he executes a variety of military operations assigned to him.

Being developed by Sledgehammer Games, ‘Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’ is the studio’s second project. They consist of industry veterans who have had previous experience with EA Games titles such as ‘Dead Space’ and ‘007: From Russia With Love.’ The studio has also had previous experience working on the ‘Call of Duty’ franchise having co-developed ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.’

‘Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’ will release on November 3 for Day Zero Pre-Order Edition and November 4 for the Standard Edition for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
