“This is not war… It’s human extinction.”
Paramount Pictures has released a new trailer for the sci-fi action film ‘Transformers: Age of Extinction’ and from the looks of it, Michael Bay has upped the ante with this film!
There’s a slew of new footage in this trailer to get excited about. The CGI looks awesome especially during the part near the end of the video where Optimus Prime, riding on the back of Grimlock, jumps off and starts swinging his sword and the short snippets with the Dinobots. Granted, when news that Michael Bay would be directing yet another ‘Transformers’ film came out, many fans were a bit skeptical about his ability to relaunch and revive the franchise, but this film may actually surprise us all. But then again, trailers are designed to get movie goers excited about a film no matter how bad the actual story could be.
So while we’ll hold our opinions of ‘Transformers: Age of Extinction’ until we see it (yes, we’ll be reviewing the film for you), check out the trailer below and see if you’re willing to give this start of another trilogy a chance.
The film begins after an epic battle that left a great city torn, but with the world saved.
