The May 11th release date of ‘Penny Dreadful‘ is rapidly approaching and Showtime has been busy releasing featurettes and trailers to capture our interest in the show. I’ll admit, they are doing a good job. I really like the in depth featurettes that we’ve been given on how the show is made. It truly looks as if they are giving the attention to detail a series like this deserves for being a combination of a genre show and a period piece. I’m looking forward to what they are putting together.

- Episode 1.02 – Seance Vanessa and Sir Malcom search for answers at an Egyptionist’s party; Madame Kali hosts a séance; Ethan befriends a young Irish immigrant.
Finally I have the latest teaser trailer for you titled “Just Like You”. In this one we aren’t getting any pieces of the plot that will eventually play out on screen, but we do get a bit of details on the main characters themselves. Enjoy!
