This has been a big week for ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past, for better or for worse. Just days after an epic final trailer for the upcoming Marvel mutant movie was released, director Bryan Singer was named in a teen sex abuse lawsuit. But despite these serious accusations against the filmmaker, the show must go on because Wolverine, Professor X, Magneto, and the whole gang a quickly headed to a theater near you in a little more than a month. To add to the all the hype, the studio has released a couple of behind the scenes featurettes showing off various aspects of the movie.

Two big elements of this time-traveling tale are action and fashion considering that it’s a superhero period piece, so those subjects are the topics of the latest promotional videos for the latest film in the X-Men franchise. The first video focuses on the young Magneto played by Michael Fassbender as they chronicle the shooting of the scene that was not originally in the script where the Master of Magnetism retrieves his trademark helmet. Then in the second sneak peek, Jennifer Lawrence’s Mystique is at the center of a sea of extras that all required an intense amount of detail in order to capture the look of the 70s. You can check out both featurettes below:
