First Christian Bale’s Batman audition video surfaced, showing the actor wearing Val Kilmer’s ‘Batman Forever’ costume and acting opposite Amy Adams as Rachel Dawes. With the release of Christopher Nolan’s ‘Dark Knight’ Trilogy on BluRay, many other extras are surfacing for the first time. Now take a peak at Anne Hathaway’s audition for Catwoman.
I know. I know. That hair! Girl! It’s called a hot oil treatment, honey! Yikes! But beyond that, you can almost see the future Selina Kyle taking shape.
Who is that stranger under the Bat Cowl? Why none other than Cillian Murphy, who was actually up for the part of Batman, before getting recast as The Scarecrow. In addition to being the main villain in ‘Batman Begins’, Murphy’s villainous role was actually reprised in both ‘The Dark Knight’ and ‘The Dark Knight Rises’!

Well, at least in the second her hair isn’t looking a hot mess! So the casting directors saw a glimmer of hope that she’s make the perfect Catwoman.
