Since the news dropped that the villain Deadshot would be appearing in episode three of the CW’s new superhero drama ‘Arrow’, much talk has been focused on who else from the DC Universe will be making appearances in the show. However, before more discussion about the future can continue, we must remember that those of us outside of Comic-Con and the CW have yet to see the pilot episode just yet. The most footage we’ve gotten was a trailer, but what is the pilot episode really like?
Thanks to Comic Book Resources, we can get a few more glances at the first episode through these new stills that were just released. Most of these pictures depict our hero Oliver Queen played by Stephen Amell, but we also see David Ramsey as John Diggle and Katie Cassidy as Dinah Laurel Lance aka The Black Canary. Unfortunately, Cassidy is not in costume in the picture. We have yet to receive confirmation that Miss Lance’s superhero alter ego will actually be showing up in this series, but I think the general word going around is that it doesn’t happen in the pilot.
