Peter Dinklage and Catherine O'Hara to star in 'Rememory'

Golden Globe and Emmy Awards winner Peter Dinklage (‘Game of Thrones’) and Emmy nominated actress Catherine O’Hara (‘Temple Grandin’) have signed on to star in a Mark Palansky (‘Penelope’, ‘Friday the 13th’) film called ‘Rememory.’

Dinklage is best known for his role as Tyrion Lannister in the HBO series ‘Game of Thrones’ which will begin its second season on Sunday, April 1st. As for O’Hara, she will be lending her voice in Tim Burton’s animated feature ‘Frankenweenie’ set to release in October.

Palansky had previously worked with the two stars in 2006 when he directed them in ‘Penelope.’ He must have been very impressed by their performance together as he wrote ‘Rememory’ with them in mind as leads.

‘Rememory’ is about a brilliant professor who mysteriously dies on the eve of releasing his life-changing invention that could record and play memories. When his wife (O’Hara) discovers the device, she uses it to solve the mystery of her husband’s death. Dinklage plays an unlikely friend that helps her solve the mystery.

Along with developing he script with Mike Vukadinovich, Palansky will also direct the film with Trevor Waterson (‘The Muppets’, ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’, ‘The Sorcerer’s Apprentice’) producing.

Production on the movie will begin in May in Toronto.
