Marvel announced yesterday that monster truck fans will have two more Marvel superhero trucks added to the lineup that already includes Spider-Man and two different Iron Man trucks. In early 2012, new Captain America and Wolverine trucks will join the monster truck ranks. Created by Feld Motor Sports in conjunction with Marvel Entertainment, LLC, the new trucks will debut on January 6, 2012.

On that weekend in January, all five Marvel superhero trucks will be making appearances in Iowa, Oklahoma, Texas, Indiana, and New York. If you’re wanting to catch the latest additions to the Marvel monster truck team you’ll have to do some serious travelling. The patriotic themed Captain America will be making its first appearance at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma on the 6th and 7th. Wolverine will make his return to the arena at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa all three days (6th-8th). This is mark Wolverines first time in the arena since winning the Monster Jam World Finals Racing Champion title in 2003. Piloting the massive 10,000lb superhero rides will be Monster Jam vets Chad Fortune in Captain America and Alex Blackwell in Wolverine.
