Godzilla: King Of The Monsters

We can’t get enough of ‘Godzilla: King of the Monsters’ and are loving what the marketing team has done with their latest posters! Front and center we have some amazing shots of the three Kaiju which Godzilla will have to go up against: Rodan, Mothra, and Ghidorah!

The MonsterVerse is going to expand in a big way when the King of the Kaiju is going to have to earn his title in battle in 2019! With director Mike Dougherty revealing that even post-production has been completed, I’m a bit surprised we haven’t seen more hints of the film surfacing quite yet.

We’ll take a look at the Rodan poster first. Of the character, Doughtery has previously stated that “Rodan’s been kind of a sidekick character, but I’ve always had a soft spot for him. In a lot of ways, he’s more powerful than Godzilla. He’s like this winged A-bomb. I think we’ve done him justice.”

Mothra has always been a fan-favorite, and the upcoming film seems to do the giant creature justice if this poster is any indication! I love how they switched up the color schemes for the kaiju and am wondering if that will be reflected in the movie at all as well.

Finally, we have a shot of King Ghidorah, and I’m dying to see how he looks when Godzilla goes up against him in the film!

Following the global success of “Godzilla” and “Kong: Skull Island” comes the next chapter in Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ cinematic MonsterVerse, an epic action-adventure that pits Godzilla against some of the most popular monsters in pop culture history. The new story follows the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch as its members face off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah. When these ancient super-species—thought to be mere myths—rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity’s very existence hanging in the balance.

‘Godzilla: King Of The Monsters’ will be roaring into theaters on May 31st, 2019!
