“Part of the journey is the end.”

The long awaited trailer to the sequel of ‘Infinity War’ has finally arrived! A couple of big reveals here is that ‘Avengers 4‘ has officially been given the name ‘Avengers: Endgame.’ This name was one of the more popular theories which had been floating around and isn’t completely out of left field. It also fits as we were told that the film would be titled after a line from the previous ‘Avengers’ films and Doctor Strange famously said this one in the last movie.

Another thing to note is that the release date for the film is no longer May 3rd, 2019 and has been moved up to April, 26th, 2019 as can also be seen on the first official poster for the film which can be seen at the bottom of this post. Much like ‘Avengers: Infinity War,‘ this will likely now have a global release so you won’t be seeing spoilers weeks in advance, just days if you don’t see it the night of release.

To celebrate the release of this trailer which will wrap up much of the story which kicked off in the first ‘Iron Man’ film, the Russo Brothers shared the following message that was included in their announcement reveal:

We were pretty sure that this trailer was going to drop today after we found out that the ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home‘ trailer was due to be released tomorrow, Saturday, December 8th, 2018 at the Sony Panel at Comic-Con Experience in San Paulo, Brazil. It seemed unlikely that they would drop a trailer for it before first giving us a tease of what was to come in the next outing of what remains of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.
