Zazie Beetz (‘Atlanta’) has the comic world eating out of the palm of her hand by first starring as Domino in ‘Deadpool 2’ and now appearing in DC’s ‘Joker‘ origin story. The actress has the perfect mixture of talent, look, and swagger to pull off a luck-powered hero and is now showing what she’ll look like as the potential love interest of the future Clown Prince of Crime. As a regular person in the film and not a hero or villain you shouldn’t expect a crazy outfit here when director Todd Phillips shows off our first look at the actress below.
It should be noted that our first look at Joaquin Phoenix as a future Joker also was rather bland before the recent outing with him as a circus clown so this isn’t necessarily what we can expect to see in the movie.
