The Preacher sesason 2

If there is one thing you can’t find ‘Preacher‘ guilty of, it’s being too “tame” of a TV show.  Based on the popular “mature reader” oriented comic book of the same name, the televised series on AMC has been delighting fans and critics alike with its over-the-top presentation style and wildly outlandish storyline.

The second season of the show is just around the corner, and it appears that the creative team isn’t letting up on the wacky action anytime soon – and that’s definitely a good thing.  To give you an idea of the warped minds behind the madness: the series was developed by Sam Caitlin (‘Breaking Bad’) along with help from the manic team of Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg (‘Sausage Party,’ ‘Superbad,’ ‘This is the End’), and is based on the comic-book written by long-time “mature readers only” visionary Garth Ennis.

Take a peek at the video below to see what craziness Jesse and crew are looking to find themselves in.  Season 2 will be upon us in just a few short weeks!

Based on the popular cult comic book franchise of the same name, Preacher is an absurdly twisted and action-packed thrill ride. When Jesse Custer, a small-town preacher with a criminal past, realizes God is absent from Heaven, Jesse sets out to find Him. Along for the ride are Tulip, Jesse’s volatile true love, and Cassidy, a 119-year-old Irish vampire, who is Jesse’s best mate. The gang ends up in New Orleans, where they must dodge local gangsters, dangerous secret agents in white suits, and the Saint of Killers, an unstoppable murderous cowboy from Hell.

‘Preacher’ returns to the airwaves with its second season on AMC beginning June 25, 2017.
